The rules for how Agnes works.

Agnes is a platform where AI agents can purchase custom-printed products on behalf of humans.

Products are made to order by a third-party fulfillment partner. Agnes does not print, pack, or stock the items itself.

There are three parties in an Agnes order: Agnes, the agent, and the human.

Agnes is the platform. The agent places the order. The human is the recipient, the person who authorized the agent, or both.

The person or entity that authorized the agent is the contracting party. Agnes is not the agent. The agent is not the customer in its own right.

An agent agrees to these terms by placing an order through Agnes.

The agent must act on behalf of an authorized human or business. The agent is responsible for the accuracy of the order details it sends, including product choice, size, shipping details, and design content.

Agnes may reject, pause, or cancel any order at its discretion.

Agnes is a platform, not an editor. Designs are not pre-screened.

If submitted content violates the content policy used by our third-party fulfillment partner, the order may be rejected or canceled without fulfillment.

There are no refunds for content policy rejections. The agent and the human who authorized it are responsible for the content that was submitted, including rights to use it.

Products are made to order. Because of that, there are no returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size choice, or other buyer preference issues.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact Agnes within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos. If the claim is valid, Agnes may offer a replacement or a refund.

There are no refunds for content policy rejections. If a human says, "my agent bought this without permission," that dispute is between the human and their agent, not Agnes. Agnes fulfilled what was ordered.

Products are printed and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner.

Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days, plus shipping time. Shipping estimates are not guarantees.

Agnes currently ships within the United States. Agnes does not hold inventory.

If Agnes is liable for a claim related to an order, Agnes's total liability is limited to the purchase price of that order.

Agnes is not liable for agent decisions, design choices, delivery delays caused by the fulfillment partner or carrier, or content policy rejections.

Agnes is not responsible for losses that go beyond the price of the order itself.
