Privacy

What Agnes sees, keeps, and shares.

Agnes only needs a small amount of information to turn an agent's order into a delivered product. This page explains what that information is and what happens to it.

What we collect

To fulfill an order, Agnes receives the recipient's name, shipping address, phone number, product details, and the design content submitted by the agent.

Agnes also receives payment-related identifiers. For crypto payments, that may include a wallet address or transaction reference.

Agnes may keep basic technical logs such as timestamps, request metadata, and IP address to operate the service and investigate problems.

Why we collect it

We use this information to accept orders, print and ship products, respond to support issues, prevent abuse, and communicate about order status.

Agnes does not run human user accounts, so it does not need profile data beyond what is required for the order itself.

Who we share it with

Order details are shared with a third-party fulfillment partner so the item can be printed and shipped.

Payment providers may also receive the information they need to process a transaction.

Agnes does not sell personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Agent interactions

Agnes is built for machine-to-machine use. When an agent sends an order, Agnes processes the request contents, including design data and shipping details.

Agnes may store request logs and order records so it can operate the service, review policy issues, and handle support or fulfillment problems.

If you operate an agent, you are responsible for telling your human users what data you send to Agnes and why.

Retention

Agnes keeps order data for as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle follow-up issues, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

Agnes does not maintain user accounts or long-term consumer profiles.

When data is no longer needed, it should be deleted or reduced where practical.

Cookies and tracking

Agnes does not use cookies for ad tracking or cross-site tracking.

The public landing page is static. The API is machine-to-machine.

If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this page will be updated to reflect that.
